Breakouts EA by Mark Vakkur

Current EA is built on knowledge and experience rules which were described by Mark Vakkur in "Catching DJIA Breakouts" article. The strategy places market orders accordingly to breakouts of highest high price during lookback period. The exit condition is a combination of SL/TP offsets and predefined period for pending close.
