Moving Average of Oscillator
The Moving Average of Oscillator (OsMA) is a technical indicator which is based on the difference between oscillator values and its MA(Signal). In this case, the MACD is used as an oscillator and MA of MACD as a Signal values.
It’s a very simple indicator which is part of a standard set of analytical tools.
Usually, traders use two signals from OsMA indicator:
- Close short and open long positions when it crosses a zero line from bottom to top.
- Close long and open short positions when the indicator crosses a zero line from top to bottom.
